Have you seen people doing weird actions repeatedly? These people might suffering from a mental illness called Tourette syndrome. We can't deny the fact that we also have our own mannerisms but we can control it if we want to. During my elementary days, I remember a boy who just stole one tiny paper clip on the bookstore. I thought that  he's a bad boy until the word "Kleptomania" came, and then I was confused. Kleptomania is a mental illness where a person could not abstain their cravings on stealing anything. You might get confuse if all thief have this disorder. Well, a thief is a person who steal things that has significant value or generally they steal things for monetary value.
