We were just attacked!

Super Juniors, 4-minute, 2ne1, Girls Generatioin, SS501, T-Max are just one of the popular group at South Korea. Sad to say that they already INVADED us. Okay, I admit that I love watching koreanovelas. Addicted, to say the least. It may be an odd choice for a guilty pleasure but there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Don't worry, almost everyone has the same problem as you do. We are all victims of this phenomenon. The best thing we could do is to come clean. .

Koreanovelas have become a part of Filipinos' lives. We have grown to love them the same way we love our own local TV series. Both are equally entertaining as they make Filipinos dream about love and life. The only difference is that koreanovelas give us a glimpse of their fascinating culture. As long as they're here to stay, Filipinos will keep on supporting these series.

Koreans seem to be almost everywhere. They can be seen in schools, malls, movie houses, golf courses, trains, beaches, restaurants, markets and even in jeepneys — popular conveyances made from U.S. military jeeps. Filipinos are used to tourists staying in the country for a few weeks, but many South Koreans have been in the country for more than a year already. It is not surprising that a lot of Filipinos tend to suspect that there is a looming South Korean invasion.

With the continued craving for anything

Korean, Filipinos will continue to hear and see more Kpop artists in the coming years.
